TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The delivery options for As Good As Grass will be presented to you at check-out. The options are:
- Standard Delivery: 7-14 working days.
- Express Delivery: 3-7 working days. Surcharge of £25.
- Priority Delivery: 1-3 working days. Surchage of £50.
If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please email email@example.com.
1. Has my order been dispatched?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it’s on its way.
From there it should be delivered within the timescale we advertise. If we have a problem with your delivery, we will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
You will receive an email confirming the day and estimated time of delivery. If your order is over 60KG, you will receive a call from the delivery driver confirming delivery time.
Due to weight, delivery is curb side only. It is the customers responsibility to take the grass from the front door to its final destination.
2. I have received a faulty item
We want all our customers to receive top quality grass, so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on 0845 22 11345)
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty order as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you. Please attach pictures if possible.
3. I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on 0845 22 11345). They will try and sort it out for you within 3 working days.
4. An item is missing from my order
Sometimes we don’t send everything you’ve ordered at the same time, so first of all, check your dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing anything.
If something is missing then please get in touch with Customer Care Team (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on 0845 22 11345).
5. Delivery Option offered
It is the customers responsibility to be happy with the delivery option before placing an order.
No changes can be made to the order once the order has been placed. We don’t advise starting your install until you have received your product, and checked it for damage.
As Good As Grass takes no responsibility for any inconvenience caused to an install by late delivery or damaged/incorrect grass.
Due to the weight of the product, delivery is curb side only. It is the customers responsibility to move the grass to its desired final location.
A signature is required for the grass upon delivery.
6. Do you deliver to work addresses?
Yes. Provided full details are provided, including opening times and ease of access to site.
